SPCP-FDR1M detector for doors and windows is among the very first security products to have obtained IMQ certification (CA12.01995) in compliance with standard EN 50131-2-8 Grade 3 – Environmental Class II. IMQ is Italian most important certification body and one of Europe’s top players in the field of conformity assessment.

IMQ mark has been representing for decades an indisputable assurance for product compliance.
The logo itself is able to convey confidence and reliability, a perception motivated by the certainty of being before a product complying with the most important European security standards.

“IMQ certification – stated Aldo Tonelli, President of DEA Security – is not a mere bureaucratic formality, but the will to certify the quality of the products we manufacture. The fact that this quality has been certified by a notified body as IMQ, capable of performing independent and extensive testing, is part of our strategy to ensure the highest production standards”.

SPC-FDR1M is a stand-alone shock sensor to protect doors and windows against burglary, breaking through, drilling and opening events. This sensor belongs to SPC PRO range of digital detectors , which are featured by an integrated electronics and by the cutting-edge technology DEA Sensor Fusion (DSF). As a matter of fact, DSF technology employs a PIEZO/MEMS transducer whose signals are processed in an integrated way (data fusion) by a sophisticated analysis unit.

Relying on two different signal sources fused and processed by intelligent algorithms allow the new sensors to adapt to different applications and to operate in an unparalled way.

Calibration and programmming are performed via smartphone or tablet using a specific app for iOS and Android. By app it is possible to select three default calibrations in compliance with EN 50131-2-8 (window, wood and concrete).
