A new chapter for DEA Security: stronger together.
Advanced Control Solutions S.p.A. has entered into agreements to acquire DEA Security S.r.l. and Ksenia Security S.p.A. Closing is expected in the coming months.
A growth path
The transaction is a further step in the growth path the group began last year with the entry of DEA System S.p.A.* and EL.MO. S.p.A. With DEA Security and Ksenia Security on board, a leading European integrated player in the access automation and active security sectors is taking shape:
- more than 500 employees
- 6 production plants
- approximately €120 million in aggregate revenue
What this means for our customers
Nothing will change in the relationship we have built with you. DEA Security will retain its own identity, corporate structure and management. The existing management team will continue to lead the company and will also become shareholders of Advanced Control Solutions, ensuring full operational, entrepreneurial and technical continuity.

We aim to broaden our expertise, accelerate technological development and provide customers with an increasingly integrated and competitive offering. We will do this with the support of an industrial network that is firmly rooted in Italy and focused on international markets.
